  • Developed out parking strategies at various regional Airports in order to meet their unique support needs for the next 10 years.

  • Uncovered contractual variances for multiple Customers, recouping over USD $1 million p.a.

  • Engineered digital parking guidance solutions for growing shopping centers, event centers
    and hospital precincts. (yes even in COVID.)

  • Provided audit and subject matter expertise in legal disputes between contract Parties.

  • Developed 10 technology roadmaps and delivered 15 technology upgrade projects worth more than $20m.

  • Corrected oh-so-many construction designs in order to provide systems which will actually
    deliver a good outcome for both asset owners and parkers.

  • Met the extreme needs of late projects, where the parking needs to be delivered... yesterday.

  • Developed a workable configuration for integrating on street parking solutions from multiple parties.

  • Helped a Property Portfolio group form a blueprint that moves them away from Cash and Cards towards “hot parking spaces” that go with their Tenant’s post-COVID requirements.

  • Introduced controlled parking strategies to Cities that have a congestion issues and needed the improve their mode shift programs.
